Lions, tigers, and...DINOSAURS! Each week Ridge View summer school students have explored many themes. Last week, our first graders spent time learning about dinosaurs. They read books, did mini-excavations of chocolate chips, and used their imagination to decide what dinosaurs really do at night🤔 🦖

Ridge View Elementary's Kid Town is tomorrow, May 7th! For all our first timers, this is an event in which our 2nd grade students become entrepreneurs; marketing, advertising, and running little shops that sell a variety of items and experiences (see flyer for details) Every student is given $1 in Kid Town bucks to spend, but students may bring additional money if they so choose. Please DO NOT send bills larger than $10.

Do you ever wonder what teachers do on PD days??? Today our amazing staff, alongside Maple Grove staff, worked on aligning our writing practices to better support our students! We broke down the teachings standards and learned about writing expectations at each grade level. It was a good day!!
