With the continuation of the government shut-down, there is growing concern about food resources for our students and families. As an opportunity to provide for students at Ridge View and their families, we are holding a food drive! All donations collected will be shared with Ridge View students and families. Check out the flyer for details. If you are in need of assistance, please see the resource flyer for information and/or complete the attached Google Form: https://forms.gle/RYchSQKLft95XhX76
Additionally, military families who are experiencing financial hardship due to a government shutdown, such as furloughs or missed paychecks, are encouraged to apply or reapply for Free and Reduced-Price School Meal benefits for their children. Please see the included information sheet for details on how to apply.

Ridge View elementary will host our Fall parties on Friday, October 31st. As a reminder, parents/care givers are welcome to attend during their child's party time. We ask that you check-in at the office. If you plan to take your child home with you at the end of their party, your child should return to their classroom to gather their things while you come to the office to check your child out.

Save the date! Ridge View Elementary will be hosting a Veteran's Day assembly on November 11th at 10 a.m. We hope to see you there!
Ridge View & Sterling Elementary's Tiger Pride night at the High School Football game will be Friday, October 24th @ 7 p.m. All Ridge View families are invited to attend the game that evening. Each child and two adults are admitted free to the game. At halftime, we will be recognizing students who exemplify what it means to show Tiger Pride! See the flyers for more details. We hope you'll be able to join us!

The Book Fair is just days away! The Fair encourages students to read AND raises much-needed funds for our school. The easiest way for kids to shop the Fair is by creating and funding your child’s eWallet. No more worrying about cash, and their balances show right on the register.
