We apologize for another change, due to the continued excessive heat the Warrensburg School District will be closed on Friday, August 25. Friday Night football game and Senior Night will continue as planned with game starting at 8:00 pm. Please see your email for more details.
Bus 17 just got picked up from Maple Grove. Students should be home shortly.
Due to the extreme heat, the district will start the year with early dismissal on Wednesday, August 23rd and Thursday, August 24th. While I know this is not ideal, we are concerned for our students as well as our bus drivers. Please allow for some grace as our buses work out pick-up and drop-off times the first weeks.

Summer meals will be offered at no charge for children, ages 0-18, beginning July 3, 2023. Breakfast and Lunch will be offered at Reese Education Center from 7-9 a.m.and 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. from July 3 to August 11. Lunch can also be picked up at Cave Hollow from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. from July 3 to July 31. There will be no meals on July 4th. The map and more information about the Summer Food Service Program can be found at health.mo.gov/sfsp.
At the Board Meeting last week, Ridge View Elementary School, Martin Warren Elementary School, and Maple Grove Elementary earned recognition for the practice of PBIS in their schools.

Maple Grove Families | Thank you to all of our parent volunteers and helpers today for Field Day! We had an amazing day :)
Please check your kiddos over for ticks this evening. We were up on the soccer field and had a few students find some on them throughout the day today.
We are getting excited for Field Day on Wednesday, May 24th! Please remember to send students to school in activewear and sunscreen!
Final reminder to sign up for summer school! ☀️Teachers have lots of fun activities planned for the students. It is a great way for students to meet grade level teachers and new friends. Please email nkippen@warrensburgr6.org for more information!

The class placement (teacher for summer school) and information letters will be sent home with students who are signed up for summer school and via email the week before summer school starts, the week of May 22-26.
