Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year in Ridge View Computer Lab classes!

Your student has begun using our computer lab and is learning the log-in process using their (last name and initials) and a password (student id#). Once we become comfortable with the log-in process, students will begin learning many different things, but not limited to, the following items::
*typing skills *word processing skills *navigating the Internet safely *creating presentations with images and texts *Reading and math skill games

In this handout, we have also provided an image similar to our keyboards. If you could, please practice at home with your student the location of the letters, numbers, and other important keys needed to type—such as Backspace, Enter, and Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
